Who are Reclaim Experts?

Reclaim Experts is a website which links you and your claim requests to a Claim Management Company.

How does it work?

How long does it take?

How will I be updated of my claims progress?

You will receive updates when we submit your claim to your lender, throughout the process and when we receive a response from your lender. How do I submit a claim?

Simply submit your claim through our online application form, and once received we will investigate your loan claim. In you want to reclaim without the assistance of a claims management company, contact the lender directly. This will save you the cost of using a professional service typically around 30%.

How much do you charge?

We pride ourselves on offering a “No Cash, No Fee” service which means our fee is only charged on the actual refund you receive. In simple terms, we only get paid, if you get paid. Our standard fee is 30% inclusive of VAT calculated on the refund you receive, nothing more, nothing less. It’s nice and simple!

What information do you require?

When submitting your loan claim, you will need to details of your original loan, the lender you borrowed it from, as well as some other details that will assist us in making the claim like for example, your name, address etc.

Do I need to use a company to submit my claim?

No, you do not need to use a Claims Management Company to make a claim against your lender(s) but we understand that it can be daunting for some people to do this, without support and assistance from a knowledgeable source, which is why we are here to help as another option.
