After your claim is accepted, we will liase with the lender to arrange for the claim funds to be transferred directly to you.

Making a claim is simple and hassle free. Throughout your application and claim, we will inform you at every stage, ensuring efficient handling of your claim.

  • STEP ONE
    Complete an application form providing us with the information that we will need to act on your behalf, to claim your loan refund. This would include details of your original loan, the lender you borrowed it from, as well as some other details that will assist us in making the claim.Once we receive your application, we will then collate it and then submit it to you for you to check, sign and return to us. At this point, we will then submit your claim directly to your lender
  • STEP TWO
    After your loan claim paperwork is submitted to your lender, we will monitor it’s progress periodically and inform you of any updates. We would also ensure that the lender respond to the claim in an acceptable timescale. On average, it takes between 6-12 weeks to receive a response to a claim.
  • STEP THREE
    Once we receive a decision from your loan lender, we will communicate this to you, and depending on the offer received, we would recommend an appropriate course of action- for example, accepting the claim or negotiating, if required. After your claim is accepted by your lender, we will liase with the lender in arrange for the claim funds to be transferred.
