The latest Complaints Data and Report for Q2 (July- September 2020) has been released by the Financial Ombudsman, with many of the figures doubling or in some cases tripling on previous years data.
The Financial Ombudsman reported that “we continued to see an increase in complaints from people who borrowed money, who then felt the debt was unaffordable.” (Source: Financial Ombudsman)
